I Always Seem to Speak Too Fast...

Well, as usual I spoke too fast. I was a bit more injured that I thought I was in my little wreck on Monday. It seems that I landed on my shoulder and hurt my arm. It will heal, but even now (Thursday) I can't lift my arm straight out in front of me past about 30 degrees before it starts just killing me. I saw the doctor about it and he was sure it is just muscles and will heal soon. Someone needs to remind me once in a while not to wreck!
